The “Come Back Alive” Foundation has provided one of the training centers of the Land Forces with a mobile field base to ensure high-quality training of soldiers in proper conditions during the squad leader course.
The first two stages of the project were implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Sense Bank, with which 20 million hryvnias were raised.

“Teaching to win” is a way to create comfortable conditions in the training center for those who stay there 24/7. Most such centers are located in forests or remote areas. There may be no electricity, communication, or the ability to do laundry, which becomes a serious problem when training lasts for months.
To minimize distractions from training for cadets and instructors, we equipped the training center. And we did it in such a way that every element of the developed infrastructure could be quickly transported to another location.
The project consisted of three stages and made it possible to:
- purchase and install 13 mobile residential complexes for instructors who stay in the center 24/7, and 10 large complexes for cadets;
- equip one classroom and three staff premises, taking into account all safety and educational needs;
- equip a module for sports training, where one can exercise in any weather;
- equip two bathhouse complexes, where soldiers can take a shower and do laundry;
- provide the center with the necessary equipment for training — laptops, Mavics, radios, screens, night vision monoculars, and more.
The total cost of the project amounted to 29,167,191 UAH
Including transferred property worth 29,155,191 UAH
Services provided — 12,000 UAH.
