Anti-Corruption Activities

CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION “INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION “COME BACK ALIVE” is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to corruption. Integrity, transparency, and responsible use of donor funds are the cornerstones of our work.

Every day, thousands of individuals and organizations entrust us with their charitable donations to support Ukraine’s Defense Forces. That is why it is critically important to us that every contribution is used diligently, effectively, and for its intended purpose.

We continually strengthen internal control, transparency, and accountability mechanisms to minimize corruption risks and maintain a high level of trust in our activities.

Corruption Prevention System

The Foundation is implementing an anti-corruption management system based on international approaches to compliance and risk management.

This system enables us to systematically identify and address integrity risks.

In particular, it includes:

  • regular assessment of corruption risks in the Foundation’s activities;
  • implementation of internal integrity rules and procedures;
  • mechanisms for reporting possible violations;
  • internal control and process monitoring;
  • regular review and improvement of anti-corruption procedures.

The core principles of this work are defined in the Foundation’s Anti-Corruption Policy.

Internal Anti-Corruption Function

The Foundation has a Compliance and Anti-Corruption Service responsible for the development and continual improvement of the anti-corruption system.

The main tasks of this Service are:

  • managing corruption risks;
  • developing and updating internal integrity rules;
  • conducting internal investigations when necessary;
  • assisting employees with ethics and conflict-of-interest matters;
  • fostering a culture of integrity within the Foundation.

How to Report a Possible Corruption Violation

We encourage anyone to report suspected corruption or related misconduct.

Reports can be submitted with the reporter’s identifying information or anonymously, via the following channels:

Review of Reports

Every report received is reviewed by the Compliance and Anti-Corruption Service.

If the information is confirmed, the Foundation takes appropriate measures, including:

  • ceasing the violation;
  • remedying its consequences;
  • conducting an internal investigation;
  • imposing accountability on those responsible;
  • notifying the relevant authorities where required by law..

Whistleblower Protection

The Foundation ensures the confidentiality of reports and the protection of individuals who report possible violations in good faith.

We do not tolerate pressure, retaliation, or adverse consequences of any kind against those who report corruption or other integrity concerns.
