Human development
is a game changer that can shape the course of the war
Our aim is to build the backbone of Ukraine’s professional army through high-quality education and training. As a strategic partner of the military, we aim not only to supply equipment and weapons but also to ensure soldiers know how to use them effectively and turn the tide on the battlefield.
In a prolonged war, everything ultimately depends on people — those who plan the battle, make decisions, control the launches, pull the trigger, and protect their comrades. A well-trained Ukrainian soldier is a game-changer who can influence the course of the war. Their competence saves lives, improves the effectiveness of weapons, equipment, and resources invested in the defense effort.
Since the founding of Come Back Alive, our instructors have provided targeted assistance to military personnel in mastering the weapons and equipment they are supplied with. We began with snipers, mine safety specialists, and tactical medics, before expanding to train drone operators, divers, and others.
As demand grew, we focused on building the capacity of schools and centres of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. We are now providing them with logistical support and developing their infrastructure. And, step by step, we are realising our ambitious goal — to reform the system of education and training for military personnel.
