₴8.7 Million for Grenade Launchers: How the “Carpathian Fundraiser” with Atlas Came to a Close

The Come Back Alive Foundation, together with Atlas Après Ski Bar and its partners, has successfully wrapped up the “Carpathian Fundraiser”, part of the “Granatomed” project. Over the course of the campaign, a total of ₴8,736,487 was raised to purchase automatic grenade launchers for the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

These funds will be converted into grenade launchers and mortars, which will be distributed among four brigades included in the overall allocation of both the Granatomed and Carpathian Fundraiser programs. The delivery of the weapons is scheduled for May 2026.

Why Grenade Launchers Matter on the Frontline

Granatomed is a key project of the foundation, designed to meet one of the infantry’s most critical needs: access to grenade launchers and mortars. In regions with rugged terrain and extensive trench networks, these weapons allow troops to strike enemy fortifications, vehicles, and personnel effectively. For soldiers, they provide the ability to respond swiftly to threats, maneuver strategically on the battlefield, and carry out missions with reduced risk to life.

In addition to the weapons themselves, Come Back Alive will provide scopes, tablets, and a specialized training course for soldiers on firing from covered positions.

How the “Carpathian Fundraiser” Worked

The winter season at Atlas Après Ski Bar in Bukovel ran from December 19, 2025, to March 2026. Throughout the season, the charity component was seamlessly integrated, allowing every guest to make a donation and directly support the frontline.

Simultaneously, a raffle for an apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk, provided by developer Blago, took place. Every donation of ₴300 or more automatically became a chance to win the apartment.

The Raffle Winner

On March 18, the campaign concluded with the announcement of the winner: a student who had made multiple contributions, including a “winter thousand,” in support of the military through the Come Back Alive Foundation. This highlights a simple truth: even a small donation can make a meaningful impact.

While the ₴8.7 million raised is a concrete achievement, it represents far more than just a number. It reflects the commitment of thousands of people who decided to take action. This story proves that even a single donation can become part of something much bigger.

For those who wish to continue supporting the purchase of grenade launchers and mortars, the Granatomed project remains active, with accounts, including Monobank, still open.
