Come Back Alive Foundation, NABU and SAPO sign a memorandum on strategic partnership
“Come Back Alive” Foundation, National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The purpose of the partnership is to strengthen the country’s defence capability and promote integrity within the security sector.
The memorandum was signed by Taras Chmut, Director of the Foundation, Semen Kryvonos, Chairman of NABU, and Oleksandr Klymenko, Head of SAPO.
The cooperation focuses on two key areas. The first involves raising funds to strengthen Ukraine’s Defence Forces. The focus is on providing the military with the necessary equipment to shoot down Russian reconnaissance and strike drones.

The second area involves the exchange of information to prevent corruption risks in the security and defence sector. “Come Back Alive” may provide NABU and SAPO with data on the prices of equipment and products purchased for the military. This will help anti-corruption agencies compare prices across different procurements, analyse the market and identify potential irregularities.
The memorandum establishes a shared vision to strengthen the state not only on the battlefield but also through trust, transparency and accountability. The partnership between “Come Back Alive”, NABU and SAPO exemplifies how state and civil institutions can work together with a shared purpose.
