Come Back Alive, the Foundation for Competent Assistance to the Ukrainian Army, equipped a mobile intelligence station for the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The total cost of the project exceeds 41 million UAH (about $1.12 million).

The unique technical system assists the special forces in quickly identifying the enemy and obtaining additional information about them.

“The Defence Intelligence received equipment worth over 41 million UAH from Come Back Alive and all the Ukrainians donating to the cause. Now we are going to hear everyone. And everyone will get what they deserve. Thank you. We keep working,” says Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

For security reasons, the intricate project was kept secret for about a year. That’s why the Foundation made the decision to procure the equipment with money already accumulated in its accounts, instead of running a public fundraising campaign.

In 2022, Come Back Alive provided the intelligence agency with 677,240,195.79 hryvnias worth of assistance, including the unmanned aerial complex Bayraktar TB2.

December 2022 marked the Foundation’s achievement of accumulating 230 million UAH to scale the Defence Intelligence’s Black Box secret project.

“We cannot reveal the details, but you will definitely see the results of this cooperation on the battlefield. In October alone, the project caused Russia millions of dollars’ worth of damage,” said Kyrylo Budanov.

This past April, the Foundation provided the intelligence agency with communications and other equipment worth over 11 million UAH. With its help, the Ukrainian defenders will be able to deploy autonomous command posts anywhere at the front, collect and analyze intelligence, and promptly exchange information with their units.
