In particular, the soldiers received 30 Mk 19 automatic 40-mm grenade launchers and 30 six-round 40-mm grenade launchers.

“Our defenders need weapons. And we buy them thanks to your donations,” the Come Back Alive Foundation said in a statement. “The soldiers of the Charter Brigade were among the first to reach the border with Russia during the counteroffensive in September 2022. And now they continue to defend the Kharkiv region in the Kupyansk-Lyman direction. Now, thanks to you, with new grenade launchers. This collective infantry weapon can be mounted on armored vehicles, boats, helicopters or used directly from the machine gun.”

Last June, the Come Back Alive Foundation announced that it had handed over 1,000 new 40-mm ATGL-L3 hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers purchased abroad for 4 million euros to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The weapons went to units involved in the summer offensive campaign of 2023.
