"Come Back Alive" and Ukrnafta deliver 79 pickup trucks for mobile firing groups

The “Come Back Alive” Foundation for Competent Assistance to the Army together with Ukrnafta have provided 79 off-road pickup trucks worth UAH 70,807,841.32 to the newly created anti-aircraft machine gun battalions.

The vehicles will reinforce battalions from Sumy, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky and Chernihiv. And this is only part of the comprehensive support for the newly created military units.

“Together with a partner, we have delivered 79 passable, fast and reliable vehicles for mobile fire groups, which are an important part of our air defense. The vehicles will help the MFGs hunt down enemy missiles and Shaheds more effectively. In general, new pickup trucks are one of the most frequent requests to the Foundation from the military. These vehicles will not fail at a critical moment and will not require constant repairs. Their purchase remains a priority for the Foundation,” says Oleg Karpenko, Deputy Director of the “Come Back Alive”.

Earlier, the Foundation, together with Ukrnafta, provided the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade with FPV drones, night vision devices and generators worth over UAH 62.5 million. In January, the brigade also received vehicles and equipment worth almost UAH 33.4 million. The military received 20 new pickup trucks, 45 drones and signal amplifier antennas, as well as hundreds of Motorola car and portable radios, electronic warfare equipment, charging stations and optical sights.

Apart from that, the Foundation and the company restored 10 armored vehicles for the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. UAH 25 191 500 of Ukrnafta’s donation was transformed into repaired MT-LB and BMP-1 multipurpose tracked vehicles.

In February, Come Back Alive together with Ukrnafta provided the 10th separate mountain assault brigade Edelweiss with FPV drones, quadcopters and strike unmanned aerial vehicles worth almost UAH 52 million.
