Attempts not to irritate Russia by discussion of possible end of “Open Door policy”, attempts to appease aggressor at Minsk process, futile attempts to open dialogue based on unworkable mechanisms embedded in Budapest Memorandum – all these step led to horrible high price which Ukraine has paid to preserve illusion of existence of system of international security.
Ukrainian partners, among them NATO members, have number of prejudices regarding Ukraine’s full fledged membership in NATO.
