WE HAVE COMPLETELY COVERED THE NEED FOR ARMY AVIATION RECONNAISSANCE IN CARS AND DRONES

The Foundation for Competent Assistance to the Army “Come Back Alive” has implemented a unique project, covering 100% of the need for air reconnaissance in cars and quadcopters.

The total cost reached 47 115 341 UAH. For these funds, the Army received 40 new pickups for 38 479 400 UAH – 35 Peugeot Landtrek and 5 Mitsubishi L200. Also – 40 quadcopters Autel EVO II of various modifications for 8 635 941 UAH.

The effectiveness of the Army aviation depends on the correct targeting. The task of aviation reconnaissance is to quickly identify targets and transmit the coordinates of the occupiers, their military equipment, warehouses, and arsenals for fire. These are not only attack helicopters, but also artillery and attack aircraft.

“In any war, the main thing is command. And the lower level command in the Army Aviation is our advanced air reconnaissance. Today they have gained capabilities both in mobility and efficiency, as well as in the effectiveness of surveillance,” said Maksym Samilenko, Brigadier General, Chief of the Army Aviation of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Director of “Come Back Alive” Taras Chmut adds: “Forty all-wheel drive new pickups for air gunners will guide our combat attack helicopters. They will evacuate people and perform many other tasks to increase the efficiency of the Army Aviation.”
